There is a new search engine scheduled to be launched this year. According to the press release at 1888pressrelease it will offer faster and better quality internet searches.
Megaglobe.com, which will operate from over 300 individual country-specific URLs and is to be translated into hundreds of languages, is set to challenge its rivals by employing a unique and sophisticated algorithm to improve the quality of Internet searching.
Megaglobe technicians have been working on click fraud detection tools since January 2006. Until recently, this issue has been ignored by other search engines and has cost online advertisers billions of dollars in fraudulent clicks.
The patented algorithm, Pay Per Valid Click, works by allocating each search result a ranking - known as a Megarank - based on analysis of the quantity and quality of pages which link to the search result. The algorithm then creates a structure of importance to the sites based on their relevancy.
In addition to its powerful search formula, Megaglobe comes in a number of different languages. It also protects advertisers from fraudulent click-through on sponsored spots, offering a revolutionary 0 per cent click fraud rate.
Is this the end of Google's supremacy?
