But, the Web has great resources to help us, such as My Fitness Pal. They have calorie counter to help you to reach your goals, forums where you can find people with the same problems, and motivate each other.
It's my diet journal from now on.

When I was losing weight, I constantly turned to www.caloriecounter.com.au. For seven years, my weight had been going up and down and it always frustrated me because I didn't know what I should be doing. Then I came across an article where it said that to lose 1 kilo, you have to lose 7000 calories and to know what your daily calorie intake is. It was then I realised those two bowls of pasta I was eating after exercise were not doing much help! Good luck with your regime. And you're right - discipline and control are the key.
